Chính sách bảo mật này mô tả cách ERP Accounting thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và dữ liệu doanh nghiệp của bạn. Chúng tôi cam kết tuân thủ Luật An ninh mạng (Luật số 24/2023/QH15), Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, và nguyên tắc GDPR về quyền riêng tư.

This Privacy Policy describes how ERP Accounting collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal and business data. We are committed to complying with the Cybersecurity Law (Law 24/2023/QH15), Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, and GDPR privacy principles.

Chúng tôi thu thập các loại dữ liệu sau khi bạn đăng ký và sử dụng dịch vụ:

We collect the following types of data when you register and use the service:

Dữ liệu định danh: tên doanh nghiệp, mã số thuế, tên miền, email liên hệ, địa chỉ. Đây là thông tin bắt buộc để tạo và duy trì tài khoản doanh nghiệp.

Identity data: business name, tax code, domain, contact email, address. This is required information to create and maintain a business account.

Dữ liệu tùy chỉnh thương hiệu: màu sắc chính/phụ, logo URL, phông chữ. Chỉ dùng để hiển thị giao diện white-label cho doanh nghiệp của bạn.

Brand customization data: primary/secondary colors, logo URL, font family. Used solely for white-label UI display for your business.

Dữ liệu kế toán doanh nghiệp: sổ cái, hóa đơn, bút toán, báo cáo thuế, dữ liệu khách hàng, thông tin đối chiếu ngân hàng. Đây là dữ liệu cốt lõi do bạn tạo ra trong quá trình sử dụng.

Business accounting data: general ledger, invoices, journal entries, tax reports, client records, bank reconciliation data. This is core data created by you during use.

Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, thời gian truy cập, log lỗi hệ thống — được ghi tự động để vận hành và bảo mật dịch vụ.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, access timestamps, error logs — recorded automatically for service operation and security.

Toàn bộ dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên hạ tầng Cloudflare toàn cầu:

All data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure:

Cloudflare D1 (SQLite): Lưu trữ chính cho tất cả dữ liệu có cấu trúc — thông tin doanh nghiệp, hóa đơn, bút toán kế toán, báo cáo, khách hàng. Database được đặt tại khu vực APAC (Singapore) để đảm bảo độ trễ thấp cho người dùng Việt Nam.

Cloudflare D1 (SQLite): Primary storage for all structured data — business records, invoices, journal entries, reports, and clients. Database is hosted in the APAC region (Singapore) to ensure low latency for Vietnamese users.

Cloudflare KV: Lưu trữ phi cấu trúc cho rate limiting, cache phiên làm việc và dữ liệu tạm thời.

Cloudflare KV: Unstructured storage for rate limiting, session cache, and ephemeral data.

Cloudflare Workers: Dữ liệu được xử lý trong môi trường serverless — không có máy chủ vật lý lưu trữ thông tin đệm.

Cloudflare Workers: Data is processed in a serverless runtime — no physical servers hold cache data.

Sao lưu (backup): Dữ liệu được sao lưu tự hàng ngày. Mức độ bảo vệ: mã hóa tại rest (encryption at rest) và mã hóa truyền (TLS 1.3) cho mọi kết nối.

Backup: Data is backed up daily. Protection level: encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all connections.

Vị trí lưu trữ chính: APAC (Singapore). Dữ liệu không được chuyển ra ngoài khu vực châu Á - Thái Bình Dương trừ khi có yêu cầu pháp lý hợp lệ.

Primary storage location: APAC (Singapore). Data is not transferred outside the Asia-Pacific region unless required by valid legal process.

Vận hành dịch vụ: xử lý hóa đơn, tạo báo cáo thuế, đối chiếu ngân hàng, quản lý sổ sách kế toán.

Service operation: processing invoices, generating tax reports, bank reconciliation, general ledger management.

Cải thiện sản phẩm: phân tích ẩn danh (aggregated, de-identified) để phát hiện lỗi và tối ưu hóa hiệu năng hệ thống.

Product improvement: anonymous (aggregated, de-identified) analytics to detect bugs and optimize system performance.

Hỗ trợ khách hàng: trả lời yêu cầu hỗ trợ, giải quyết sự cố kỹ thuật.

Customer support: responding to support requests and resolving technical issues.

Tuân thủ pháp lý: thực hiện yêu cầu từ cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.

Legal compliance: fulfilling requests from competent state authorities as required by Vietnamese law.

Chúng tôi KHÔNG sử dụng dữ liệu kế toán của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình AI của bên thứ ba. Dữ liệu được xử lý bởi Workers AI (Llama 3.2 OCR) chỉ trong giới hạn phiên và không được lưu trữ để huấn luyện.

We do NOT use your accounting data to train third-party AI models. Data processed by Workers AI (Llama 3.2 OCR) is session-scoped and not retained for training.

Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê, hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn với bên thứ ba cho mục đích marketing. Các trường hợp chia sẻ dữ liệu:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing scenarios:

Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cơ sở (subprocessors): Cloudflare (hosting, D1, KV), NOWPayments/PayOS (xử lý thanh toán). Mỗi nhà cung cấp đều có chính sách bảo mật riêng và chỉ tiếp cận dữ liệu cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ.

Infrastructure providers (subprocessors): Cloudflare (hosting, D1, KV), NOWPayments/PayOS (payment processing). Each provider maintains their own privacy policy and accesses only data necessary for service delivery.

Yêu cầu pháp lý: Chúng tôi sẽ tiết lộ dữ liệu khi có lệnh từ tòa án, cơ quan điều tra có thẩm quyền Việt Nam theo quy định pháp luật. Bạn sẽ được thông báo trừ khi luật pháp cấm.

Legal requests: We will disclose data when ordered by a court or competent Vietnamese investigative authority per legal requirements. You will be notified unless prohibited by law.

Chuyển giao kinh doanh: Trong trường hợp sáp nhập, mua lại, hoặc bán tài sản, dữ liệu người dùng có thể được chuyển giao với điều kiện thông báo trước 30 ngày.

Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred with 30 days' advance notice.

Quyền truy cập: Yêu cầu xem toàn bộ dữ liệu chúng tôi lưu trữ về bạn và doanh nghiệp của bạn.

Right of access: Request to view all data we hold about you and your business.

Quyền chỉnh sửa: Yêu cầu sửa thông tin sai lệch hoặc không còn chính xác.

Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.

Quyền xóa (Right to be forgotten): Yêu cầu xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan.

Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten): Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

Quyền xuất dữ liệu: Yêu cầu xuất toàn bộ dữ liệu dạng JSON hoặc CSV.

Right to data portability: Request a full data export in JSON or CSV format.

Quyền phản đối: Từ chối xử lý dữ liệu cho mục đích phân tích.

Right to object: Opt out of data processing for analytics purposes.

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật sau để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn:

Mã hóa truyền: Tất cả kết nối sử dụng TLS 1.3.

Encryption in transit: All connections use TLS 1.3.

Xác thực JWT HS256: Truy cập API được bảo vệ bằng JSON Web Tokens ký bằng Web Crypto API (native trong Cloudflare Workers).

JWT HS256 authentication: API access is protected by JSON Web Tokens signed with Web Crypto API (native to Cloudflare Workers).

Cô lập dữ liệu theo doanh nghiệp: Mọi truy vấn database đều lọc theo firm_id từ JWT — đảm bảo doanh nghiệp A không thể truy cập dữ liệu của doanh nghiệp B.

Firm-level data isolation: Every database query filters by firm_id from JWT — ensuring Firm A cannot access Firm B's data.

Rate limiting: Giới hạn số lượng request từ mỗi địa chỉ IP để ngăn chặn brute-force và DDoS.

Rate limiting: Request throttling per IP address to prevent brute-force attacks and DDoS.

Audit log: Mọi thao tác quan trọng (tạo, sửa, xóa) đều được ghi lại để truy vết.

Audit log: All significant operations (create, update, delete) are logged for traceability.

ERP Accounting là dịch vụ dành cho doanh nghiệp (B2B). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân từ người dưới 18 tuổi. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ và tin rằng con bạn đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ ngay.

ERP Accounting is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này khi cần thiết. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng tải trên trang này với ngày cập nhật mới. Nếu thay đổi mang tính chất lớn ảnh hưởng đến quyền của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ gửi thông báo qua email trước 15 ngày.
